Exchange & Cancellation Policy

Eligibility for Exchange

  • Exchanges must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
  • Exchanges are available only for:
  • Size-related issues (subject to stock availability).
  • Color changes (if stock permits).
  • Only one exchange per order is allowed.

Exchange Process

  • Contact our support team via WhatsApp or email to initiate the exchange.
  • Provide order details and product images.
  • Ship the product back in its original condition.
  • Once received and inspected, the replacement item will be dispatched within 7 business days.

Exchange Conditions

  • The exchanged product must be unused and in its original packaging.
  • Customers may be required to pay for additional shipping charges.

Order Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation Window: Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement.
  • Once an order is processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
  • If the order is shipped, customers must follow the return policy after receiving the package.
  • Refunds for prepaid orders will be processed via the original payment method.
