Exchange & Cancellation Policy
Eligibility for Exchange
- Exchanges must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
- Exchanges are available only for:
- Size-related issues (subject to stock availability).
- Color changes (if stock permits).
- Only one exchange per order is allowed.
Exchange Process
- Contact our support team via WhatsApp or email to initiate the exchange.
- Provide order details and product images.
- Ship the product back in its original condition.
- Once received and inspected, the replacement item will be dispatched within 7 business days.
Exchange Conditions
- The exchanged product must be unused and in its original packaging.
- Customers may be required to pay for additional shipping charges.
Order Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation Window: Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement.
- Once an order is processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
- If the order is shipped, customers must follow the return policy after receiving the package.
- Refunds for prepaid orders will be processed via the original payment method.
