  • Original Packaging: Items should be returned in their original packaging, including all tags, labels, and accessories.
  • Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.

2.2. Non-Returnable Items:

  • Customized Products: Items that have been tailored to your specifications.
  • Discounted Items: Products purchased during promotional sales.
  • Items Without Original Packaging: Products missing original components.
  • Personal Care Items: Due to hygiene reasons, items such as belts showing signs of personal use (e.g., sweat stains, odor) are not returnable.

3. Return Process

3.1. Return Initiation:

  • Provide Evidence: For damage or defect claims, include an unboxing video and clear photographs of the damage, and the packaging damage.
  • Shipping the Item: Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

3.2. Return Shipping Costs:

  • Customer Responsibility: Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the product is defective or an incorrect item was received.
  • Trackable Shipping: We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of your item.

4. Refunds

4.1. Refund Process: Once your return is received and inspected (within 3 business days of receipt), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.

  • COD Orders: For cash on delivery orders, refunds will be processed via UPI or bank transfer.
