Shipping Partners
We use trusted third-party courier partners like Bluedart, Xpressbees, Delhivery, etc., for shipping the products purchased on our website.
Delivery Time
Delivery times may vary depending on the location of delivery, but generally, they range from 2-7 days from the date of placing the order.
After payment verification, it takes up to 24 hours to process and ship your order. This does not include weekends or holidays. Orders made after 9 AM IST will be processed the next business day. Orders placed after 9 AM IST on a Friday will be shipped on the following Monday.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are determined by our third-party partners and communicated to you at the time of placing your order. Charges are based on the location and the size/weight of the product.
Limitation of Liability
Our liability for any delays, loss, or damage to the product in transit is limited to:
- Replacement of the product within 7 days of the request (if the product is lost, delayed, or damaged).
- Refund of the amount paid for the product in case a replacement is not possible.
Order Processing & Dispatch
Orders are processed within 1-7 business days of payment confirmation. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details.
Delivery Timeline
Orders are typically delivered within 5-7 business days after shipment. Delivery times may vary depending on location, weather conditions, or courier service delays.

Order Tracking
You can track your order using the tracking link provided in the email after your order is shipped. If an order is delayed beyond 10 business days, please contact our support team.
Eco-Friendly Packaging
We care about the environment. All belts ship in recyclable cardboard boxes with plant-based ink branding.
Remote Area Coverage
Delivery to Tier 2/3 cities and rural areas may take 10–14 days. Customers in such areas will receive SMS updates on their delivery status.
Gift Wrapping
You can opt for premium gift packaging (+₹149) with a personalized note during checkout.
Natural Disaster Delays
In case of natural disasters such as floods or strikes, delivery timelines may be extended. Customers will be notified via email if such delays occur.
High-Value Insurance
Orders above ₹5,000 are automatically insured against loss or damage during transit.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy
Availability
COD is available for select PIN codes. You will be notified at checkout if your location is not eligible for COD.
COD Conditions
- Full payment must be made before opening the package.
- If the package appears tampered with, refuse to accept it and contact us immediately.
- Some courier partners may accept debit/credit card payments for COD, depending on the location.
Refunds for COD Orders
- Refunds are NOT credited back as cash.
- Refunds for COD orders will be issued via UPI transfer (Google Pay, Paytm, PhonePe, etc.) or bank transfer (customer must provide account details).
- Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after the return verification.
COD Limit
The maximum order value for COD is ₹10,000 to mitigate fraud risks.
ID Verification
For COD orders above ₹5,000, customers must present a government ID (Aadhaar, PAN).
COD Blacklist
Repeated rejection of COD orders may lead to account suspension.
Advance Payment Option
Partial prepayment (25%) may be required for COD orders during high demand to reserve inventory.
