2.5. Prepaid Orders and Cash on Delivery (COD): Customers opting for COD must ensure they are available at the designated delivery location to receive the order. Repeated non-acceptance of COD orders may result in account suspension or termination.

2.6. Bulk Orders: For purchases exceeding 50 units, customers are required to contact our B2B support team for custom pricing and GST invoicing.

3. User Responsibilities

3.1. Accurate Information:You are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information, including your address, phone number, and any other required details. Four Four India shall not be held liable for failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by you. In cases where IVIV India makes a shipping error, we will take full responsibility to resolve the issue promptly.

3.2. Prohibited Use:You are strictly prohibited from misusing, duplicating, copying, or reverse-engineering any part of Four Four India’s website, branding, or proprietary content. Any unauthorized use of our intellectual property may result in legal action.

3.3. Fraud and Abuse: Any attempt to commit fraud, abuse the return policy (including but not limited to excessive returns within a short period, returning items not in original condition despite claims of defect, or providing false information), or exploit pricing errors will result in immediate account suspension, legal action, or blacklisting from future transactions.

4. Order Acceptance, Processing, and Cancellation
